The Role

We are looking to hire someone full-time. The position is based in Cannes and will start as early as May 27.

The role will involve B2B development and B2C sales. You will play a pivotal role in driving portfolio and revenue growth. For business development, your responsibilities include actively seeking out new property owners and local property management companies to partner with in order to expand our portfolio of luxury holiday homes in both new and current destinations. For B2C sales, you will be responsible for responding to new leads and inquiries via phone or email, generating bookings to meet and exceed sales targets, and traveling to a couple of destinations per year to visit properties and meet our local partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new partners and convert portfolio leads into active listings on the platform.
  • Manage relationships with local partners through monthly calls, updates, and reports.
  • Develop a deep knowledge and become the go-to source for our B2B partners regarding market trends and A.M.A Selections.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of high-end customers, ensuring all inquiries are responded to in a timely manner while adhering to our brand standards.
  • Be the client’s trusted advisor, uncovering each guest’s preferences and criteria to propose a curated selection of villas for their upcoming trip.
  • Educate enquirers about the features, amenities, and benefits of our holiday villas, tailoring your approach to their specific needs and preferences.
  • Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally, offering personalized solutions to enhance their experience and meet our lead conversion KPIs.
  • Ensure proactive follow-up with guests from the inquiry stage to the booking of their preferred villa.
  • Represent A.M.A Selections with partners and owners for all guest-related matters during the booking stage, acting as a point of contact for any potential issues or further queries.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our villa portfolio, including property details, availability, and pricing.
  • Assist in updating rates & availability for properties.
  • If needed, greet clients for arrivals and departures on the French Riviera (occasionally).
  • Conduct property visits and inspections.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage an ongoing relationship with the guest post-trip by following up on satisfaction survey results, as well as ensuring proactive communication to nurture and help plan subsequent trips with the goal of building a long-lasting partnership.
  • Maintain a high degree of data accuracy and pipeline management by leveraging our internal tools and systems.
  • Be available for regular rotating schedules that may span weekends and holidays as our guests need us.


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, with a preference for experience in the travel industry or in a marketplace sales or account management capacity.
  • Proactive and driven, with previous sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • A customer-centric approach, strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in building enduring and successful client relationships.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and customer service-oriented.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and an intermediate level of French are required.


Compensation: Fixed salary + commission structure


Contract: 1-year CDD (possibility of converting to CDI)
