design, implement and manage the learning and talent development processes, operational and strategic.

manage own team of L&D and TD specialists.

On your side, you have more than 10 years of experience in the learning and development field in major international companies.

You know how to drive engagement, manage complexity, show situational adaptability, be a top notch project leader, you are a data driven - techno lover, a good companion with charisma and warm personality.
