As Recruiting Manager (m/f) at Oliver Wyman, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by managing the recruitment of top-tier consultants for France and Belgium.
Oliver Wyman embraces a hybrid working policy, expecting the successful applicant to work a minimum of 3 days a week in our Paris office.
The weekly contracted hours for this role are 38 hours per week + 19 days RTT
Utilizing various channels—including direct applications, employee referrals, direct sourcing, job board postings, and contingent search firms—to identify outstanding candidates primarily within the French market.
Campus Engagement : Overseeing campus recruiting initiatives, effectively promoting Oliver Wyman’s Employee Value Proposition to key universities and potential candidates.
Experience: You’ll be a seasoned recruiter with a minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally within a professional services or management consulting firm. Campus recruiting experience is a plus.
Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the French and Belgian talent landscapes will be essential.
Adaptability : You’ll be comfortable working in both local and international environments in a fast-paced and changing atmosphere.
