Responsibilities
- Management of sorting operations, including operational plans, sorting capacity, personnel planning, etc.
- Planning of daily and weekly operations based on parcel projections and delivery partner capacity.
- Coordination with internal teams: Linehaul, Delivery, Commercial, Quality, Projects, etc.
- Monitoring and control of operating costs and material consumption.
- Control of quality indicators and customer satisfaction.
- Coordination with quality team for daily and weekly monitoring of quality indicators.
Qualifications
- 5 years in a similar position.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Pack Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with WMS
- KPI management and results orientation.
- Reporting and root cause analysis.
