Position Overview:

As a Billing Solution Owner, you will be responsible for the Run phase of the Project implementing global billing solution based on Zuora product. While projects are delivered by the internal team in cooperation with an integrator it is important to assure stable run of country instances in production.

Your primary objectives will include monitoring and evaluating production run of Zuora instances, proactive potential risk identification, resolving L3 production incidents and implementation of new Zuora features brought by Zuora R&D roadmap. You will work closely with local business units, project delivery team (especially Product Owner and Solution Architect), Zuora Technical Account Manager, Pluxee Global Digital Factory and other relevant IT stakeholders at Pluxee level.

🚀 Mission & Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery
• Ensure delivery of Runbooks is produced as a project deliverable.
• Work in collaboration with business teams to ensure end to end testing of the solution.
• Ensure the proper project documentation is produced, reviewed and validated by the appropriate stakeholders.
• Set end-user support activities with coordination with appropriate teams

• Build to Run activities
• Leverage Confluence to ensure project and final solution are properly documented.
• Engage with Pluxee Run & Ops teams to ensure handover to run teams, leveraging JIRA processes.
• Set the right processes to support the lifecycle of the application and the different requests/evolutions that could arise from the business. This includes system monitoring, incident management, support, evolutions etc.
• Monitor, assess and manage resolution of production incidents on L3 level, i.e. investigation and resolution of billing process execution, workflows and queries adjustment, re-processing of failed jobs, integration errors resolution etc.
• Document and maintain the resolutions in the Knowledge base.

🌟 You're a match:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Good knowledge in Finance & Accounting principles. Proven experience on Consolidation or Tax Projects are definitely a plus. Experience on IT for Finance Projects is a must.
• Proven experience (7+ years) in Project Management and Coordination in IT for Finance Projects. Good knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Monday).
• PMP, SAFe or similar certification are a plus.
• Analytical mindset. Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Autonomous, creative rigorous, organized, transparent and team player.
• Collaborates: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Ensures accountability: Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments.
• At least 3-8 years of technical experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in consulting roles within a professional services organization
• Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science preferred.
• Zuora product certification.
• Work experience with configuration of workflows and creation of data queries in Zuora.
• Work experience with Confluent Kafka implementation.
• Code experience such as Java, Java script, Python, Salesforce APEX, SQL, PLSQL or another programming language
• Object oriented framework experience.
• Ability to review API documentation and use APIs to implement the solution and troubleshoot API integrations.
• Ability to understand the requirements clearly and implement them to have smooth customer experience.
