Customer Support Specialist (French & English)

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Consultant to join our team and take ownership of key client relationships! Regularly monitor the status of operational tasks, such as carrier onboarding or support tickets. Voice of the Customer : Act as an internal advocate for your clients, influencing Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to meet their needs. Contract Lifecycle Management : Oversee contract renewals and key negotiations, ensuring continuous value delivery and satisfaction. Showcase Success : Collaborate with Marketing to highlight success stories and customer achievements. Fluent in French and English ; additional proficiency in German, Dutch or Italian a plus. ~ This is a hybrid role requiring regular visits to our Paris office, ideally twice a week.
