As part of our mission to empower businesses to make confident decisions, we are looking for a skilled and driven Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Compliance Solutions portfolio , especially in anti-corruption (Sapin 2), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF/LCB-FT), and third-party risk management. As the Product Manager for Compliance Solutions, you will own the roadmap with the Technical Product Manager and full product lifecycle across our compliance suite. You’ll work closely with engineering, product owner, marketing, legal, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful and timely solutions across France and Benelux. Own the product vision and roadmap for the compliance portfolio together with the Compliance Technical Product Manager, aligning it with regulatory developments, customer needs, and Altares' business strategy. Lead/Participate in cross-functional alignment and agile rituals (e.g., Coordinate end-to-end feature and product launches across functions (pricing, packaging, training, sales enablement, contract/legal updates). 3+ years of B2B product management experience, ideally in compliance, risk, legaltech, fintech, or data-intensive solutions. ~ Experience working with technical teams and agile methodologies . ~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Master’s degree in business, Engineering, Law, or related field. Curious, data-driven, and passionate about compliance and regulatory tech.
