IT Process Manager

Airbus Helicopters is seeking a highly skilled and experienced *Technical Leader specializing in Skywise* * to join our Information Management (IM) H/F * IT Department within the Data & Analytics domain. In this critical role, you will be the technical authority and go-to expert for the Skywise platform, driving its adoption, ensuring its optimal performance, and guiding the technical direction for its integration within our data and analytics landscape. You will work closely with data scientists, data engineers, IT architects, and business users to leverage the full capabilities of Skywise to deliver valuable insights and solutions for Airbus Helicopters. ~ It is located near the cities of Aix-en-Provence and Marseille, which host a rich cultural and tourist offer. Attractive salary, agreements on success and profit sharing schemes, employee savings plan abounded by Airbus and employee stock purchase plan on a voluntary basis Work / Life Balance: Extra days-off for special occasions, holiday transfer option, a Staff council offering many social, cultural and sport activities and other services Complementary health insurance coverage (disability, invalidity, death). 000 e-learning courses to develop your employability, certifications, expert career path, accelerated development programmes, national and international mobility Serve as the primary technical expert for the Airbus Skywise platform within the organization, possessing deep knowledge of its architecture, functionalities, data models, and APIs Technical Leadership & Guidance: Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams on the effective utilization of Skywise for data ingestion, processing, storage, analysis, and visualization Design and architect robust, scalable, and performant data and analytics solutions leveraging the Skywise platform, ensuring alignment with overall IT architecture and data strategy Lead the technical integration of Skywise with other enterprise systems and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability Security & Compliance: Ensure that all Skywise-based solutions adhere to relevant security policies, data governance regulations, and compliance standards Innovation & Adoption: Stay abreast of new features and capabilities within the Skywise platform and drive their adoption within Airbus Helicopters to enhance our data and analytics capabilities Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, data lake architectures, computing platforms, big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop), and data integration tools Programming & Scripting Skills: Proficiency in one or more programming languages relevant to data processing and analysis (e.g., Python, Scala, SQL) Proven ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues in complex data processing pipelines and platform environments Agile Experience: Familiarity with agile development methodologies Understanding of the aviation or aerospace industry and its data challenges is a plus Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.
