Through our advanced digital platform, their customers can instantly request roadside assistance and replacement solutions in real-time, transforming the way help is delivered on the road. That’s why we’re on the lookout for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our dynamic team, optimize our processes, and help us set new industry standards for excellence. Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary. Full-time of 39 hours Good Knowledge of English and French (another language like Spanish, Italian, or German will be a plus) Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus Extra information: This role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts Please send your CV in English
