Manager of Organizational Performance, Methods and Tools, for Interiors (M/F)


Location: Valenciennes, France


You will join our Interiors Component Development Site and Product Family of Valenciennes Petite Forêt, a key actor in the design and development or interior train parts as well as front ends, with more than 180 people & 22 different nationalities, designer, buyer, industrial, quality, Project Managers & Product Experts , working both for French & International projects.

Purpose of the Job/Objective

  • Performance Management, Convergence, Integration Roadmap,
  • Development logic, efficient design process Platform-Product-Bid-Order,
  • Organizational efficiency development, design thinking, collaboration across borders,
  • Ensure efficient way of work, support design and maintenance of process landscape,
  • Manage Methods and Tools (excluding specific design tools), digitalization, AI roadmap

Organisation Reporting

  • Reports to: Interiors Platform Director

Network & Links

Internal Interfaces:

  • Support VP Components Platform & Global Product Convergence (Integration Roadmap, KPIs)
  • RS-COMPONENTS Directors and their Mgt teams (align reporting, Way of Work, tools, processes, etc.)
  • Global Product Convergence and Standardization, N-3 team (Methods, Processes, Tools, Convergence)
  • RSC Platforms: Improvement, Performance, Integration, N-3 / N-4 team
  • Members of RSC-INTERIORS Management
  • Supporting functions, EMO, Finance etc.

Your responsibilities include

Support efficient Way of Work and optimum process landscape:

  • Support efficient Way of Work and processes
  • Efficient design process: Platform – Product – Order,
  • Support an optimized development logic,
  • Change mindset in organization


Organizational Performance Management:

  • Ensure aligned and defined INTERIORS KPIs
  • Prepare reporting in alignment with relevant Asltom network,
  • Monthly follow-up of performance data,
  • Collect actual KPI across CDS and support on presentation of performance progress
  • Define KPI target setting objectives


Digital Continuity

  • Support deployment of effective AI solutions to boost internal processes and achieve better automation
  • Support deployment of AI costing solution
  • Continue improving and adopting 2D and 3D AI checking solutions
  • Identify new opportunities for AI automation and propose them to central AI compo team


PLM4A Digital Continuity Officer

  • Lead deployment of PLM4A tool across CDS, support process harmonization according to interiors WoW
  • Coordinate transversal technical issues with central PLM4A team and CDS
  • Support execution of the first PLM4A projects in CDS


Qlik Sense project tools management & Sharepoint governance

  • Interiors Project applications management across CDS
  • Access / User management
  • Issues resolving
  • Data Management / Governance


ODyC Deployment

  • Support Planning Manager in the ODyC deployment roadmap for CDS


Minimum qualifications:

Mandatory

  • Senior business knowledge in relevant business environments like complex international organizational set-up, platform and product management, engineering organization, bid management.

Desirable

  • Min 10 years of working experience postgraduate,
  • 3-5 Years working experience in project assignments,
  • Leadership
  • 3-5 Years working experience in an international business organization,
  • Digitalization, AI knowledge

Skills

  • Autonomous, results driven and team-oriented personality with strong relationship skills
  • Ability to prioritize and to work effectively under pressure to meet the deadlines
  • Fast prototyper, likes to experiment in order to quickly show/test new concepts & solutions
  • Agility in term of time range during travel
