&##128640; Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – ITSM | ServiceNow &##128205; Paris (3 days on-site) | &##128483;️ French & English We’re looking for a Senior ITSM Business Analyst to lead IT transformation projects on ServiceNow , applying the NowCreate methodology and ITIL v4 best practices. &##128313; Key Responsibilities • Run workshops & model ITSM processes (Incident, Change, CMDB, etc.) • Deliver detailed user stories , use cases , functional specs , and manage backlogs • Ensure solution alignment with ServiceNow capabilities & drive standardization • Collaborate with tech teams, support testing & deployment &##128313; Your Profile • 5–10 yrs experience (incl. 3+ yrs on ServiceNow ITSM projects) • Strong ITSM expertise – ITIL v4 certification required • Skilled in NowCreate , Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, SN Agile) • Bonus: ServiceNow Fundamentals or CSA certification If you're interested please share your CV at nbashir@redglobal.com
