Delivery Station Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery station operations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution of last-mile deliveries.
  • Lead, motivate and manage a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct daily team briefings to align staff with targets and reinforce company values.
  • Ensure adequate staffing and resource levels to meet changing operational demands.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative workplace culture focused on accountability and development.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve service issues promptly to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety, security, and quality standards.
  • Work cross-functionally with transport, HR, and customer service teams to support business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs to guide decisions.
  • Proficient in logistics systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Desirable Experience

  • Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations.
  • Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools.
