This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Engineering. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

Main Activities:

  • Train with the Lab Technician to operate the AliquoT system
  • Run full filling cycles on existing equipment (2L & 12L bags)
  • Analyze Functional Specifications to identify key performance parameters
  • Operate and fine-tune MFCS recipes to meet quality/performance targets
  • Launch and monitor equipment cycles; adjust parameters for optimization
  • Record software/process issues in the troubleshooting list
  • Document potential improvements in automation or process design
  • Contribute to the creation of 3 standard recipes (0/1/2 filters) as per Product Management requirements
  • Support verification and validation (V&V) activities on LFT equipment
  • Review and replicate experimental protocols to understand Freeze & Thaw technology
  • Assist in the analysis and comparison of results with previously gathered data
  • Participate in internal development trials and support disconnection topics

About You

  • Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years— talent matters most to us!)
  • Skills: Experience in cleanroom/lab environments and bioprocessing is highly desirable, Solid analytical mindset.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related scientific/technical field
  • Languages: Strong communication skills in English and French (German is a plus)
