Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile practices and drive the successful delivery of complex projects. This role involves guiding cross-functional teams in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. The Scrum Master will bridge technical and functional teams, leveraging their expertise in Agile rituals, tools, and architecture to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

• Manage and optimize workflows using tools like JIRA and Klaxoon to track progress and resolve impediments.

• Collaborate with functional and technical architects to ensure solutions align with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data flow requirements.

• Support the integration of Oracle/SQL-based systems, ensuring seamless data management and performance.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to align project goals with organizational priorities.

• Mentor team members on Agile best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 4–12 years of experience in IT or project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

• Expertise in Agile methodologies and mastery of Agile rituals (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives).

• Proficiency in JIRA and Klaxoon for workflow management and team collaboration.

• Experience with functional and technical architecture, particularly Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and data flows.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL for database management and integration.

• Familiarity with web service development (SOAP/REST) is a plus.

• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.

• Certification in SAFe or significant experience in scaled Agile frameworks is a plus.

• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and risk management, are desirable.

• Knowledge of the financial domain is an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to engage diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
