Job Description


Title: Project Manager (H/F) (Hybrid)

Location: Paris ile de france

Job type: Full time permanent


About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects from inception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplined teams and external suppliers in a dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define and maintain project scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective management of project changes.
  • Prepare and execute the project execution plan in accordance with company business procedures and specific client/contract requirements.
  • Establish and enforce clear communication policies and processes for all project stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and ongoing updates of project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are monitored and controlled effectively.
  • Lead the implementation, testing, deployment, and roll-out to ensure alignment with project scope.
  • Optimize the delivery of project milestones and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project status, report progress, and conduct steering committee meetings as needed.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive project management and issue resolution.
  • Manage the project lifecycle from planning through execution and closure.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards and processes within the organization.


Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP Practitioner) is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Banking Industry is preferred.
  • Strong background in change management and experience delivering projects in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance), BPO, or ITES environments is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage external service providers and contractors, with significant experience in negotiation and control.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, particularly in a technical offshore engineering context.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding financial project targets.
  • Proficiency in French is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
