About the Role

We’re partnering with a leading global mobile device manufacturer to hire a VIP Customer Support Agent based in Paris. In this highly visible role, you'll provide dedicated technical support to high-profile and VIP clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience across both phone and email channels.


You’ll be part of a specialized support team, solving complex technical issues and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality of the brand.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver white-glove support to VIP customers, focusing on smartphones and connected electronic devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to mobile OS, connectivity, app performance, and device settings
  • Respond to escalated issues with urgency, professionalism, and empathy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast and accurate resolution of technical problems
  • Maintain detailed logs of support interactions and contribute to service improvement efforts


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in mobile technology, consumer electronics, or smartphones
  • Excellent communication skills — fluent French (spoken and written) is essential
  • Proven customer-first mindset with a calm, solution-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in technical support or service desk environments is a strong advantage
  • Ability to work onsite in central Paris as part of a close-knit, high-performing team
  • Diploma or higher education required
