Job Summary

Sales Executive Manager is a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on acquiring new clients and expanding the organization's market presence through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and closing high-value deals.

The Sales Executive Manager will be assigned to a customer segment (T1 to T3). Segment qualification is determined by company size, required approach, industry, and opportunities.

The Sales Executive Manager is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities within the Autodesk ecosystem, targeting potential clients in industries like AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction), manufacturing or Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Implement the strategy designed to grow, follow plans and achieve established targets. Deliver KPIs, growth targets and strategic initiatives.
  • Research, identify and create business opportunities within new accounts.
  • Apply an Outcome Based Selling approach to understand client’s specific needs and provide solutions aligned with their objectives.
  • Conduct engaging sales discussions and presentations, effectively positioning our products or services as an answer to the needs.
  • Promote systematically Global IP and high value-added services.
  • Close deals and negotiate contracts with new clients ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Sales organization and with cross-functional teams to provide appropriate solutions to new customers.
  • During the customer onboarding, ensure a smooth and effective customer handoff with the customer success team.
  • Put into practice the processes, tools and practices provided by the Sales Enablement Director, to enhance results, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate update and maintain records of customer interactions, contract details, and renewal status in the CRM systems.
  • Ensure that all company tools and systems are used accurately.
  • Prepare and present weekly / monthly / quarterly reports on country sales performance, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations.


Requirements

Professional experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent by relevant experience; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the industries Autodesk serves: AEC: Building design, construction management, and infrastructure. Manufacturing: Product development, prototyping, and production workflows
  • Knowledge of industry-specific workflows and how Autodesk solutions address challenges.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent by relevant experience; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of the industries Autodesk serves: AEC: Building design, construction management, and infrastructure. Manufacturing: Product development, prototyping, and production workflows
  • Knowledge of industry-specific workflows and how Autodesk solutions address challenges.
  • Proven track record in sales positions facing strategic customers, with a focus on business development and ideally within the software industry.
  • Deep understanding of the market dynamics and trends.
  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits tailored to customer needs.
  • Good knowledge of the value proposition of products and services offered to clients.
  • Ability to think strategically, identifying local market opportunities and designing sales plans, including setting goals and aligning resources accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to generate and close complex deals.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; at ease to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders, customers and prospects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively to achieve sales objectives. Self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
