Talent Advisor (6 months contract)

We're looking for a Talent Advisor to become a key part of our international team, specifically dedicated to support a prestigious pharmacology company in Lyon. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth of their office and to be a part of our innovative ROD (Recruiter on Demand) program.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including proactive sourcing.
- Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent pipelining for future projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
- Validate shortlisted candidates to ensure top talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar professionals.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Effectively utilize and manage applicant tracking systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes to attract the best talent.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 3 years of experience in end to end recruitment is required; experience in consulting or RPO settings will be considered a valuable asset.
- Experience in a life science industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A process-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A strong desire to learn and grow.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Fluent English and French proficiency.
- Expertise in market mapping and talent pooling.
