Handover and Completion Manager

🌟 We are looking for a Handover & Completion Manager to join our project team for a large-scale decarbonisation initiative !

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and execution of project completion and handover activities, ensuring quality and alignment with budget, schedule, and contract.
• Manage the Completion Database (Easyplant) and ensure all systems and tools are continuously updated.
• Define and track Project Milestones and ensure completion documentation is delivered in accordance with project phases.
• Lead coordination with all project departments (Engineering, Construction, Commissioning) to align completion planning and execution.
• Supervise and follow up on punch list management, priorities, and resolution.
• Oversee pre-commissioning and commissioning readiness based on Easyplant tracking.
• Ensure handover dossiers are compiled and delivered to the client, and all required completion certificates are obtained.
• Support the commissioning and operations teams to ensure the project reaches mechanical completion and RFSU (Ready for Start-Up) efficiently.
• Coordinate with the Interface Manager and follow regulatory requirements (e.g. Classification Society permits).
• Track all pending issues and deviations related to QA/QC, engineering, or NCRs.

🎓 Qualifications

• Proven experience in completion and handover management for large EPC projects in the energy sector.
• Familiarity with Easyplant or equivalent project completion tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken).
