Job Summary:The E-commerce Operations Manager will focus on driving business growth by analyzing online sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to optimize our e-commerce strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience to optimize our e-commerce operations and drive sales growth.


Responsibilities:

- E-commerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for MI.COM, focusing on improving online sales growth and enhancing customer engagement. Actively monitor and optimize daily platform performance to meet business goals.

- Project Management: Manage and coordinate e-commerce projects, including sales campaigns, product launches, performance marketing initiatives, and CRM activities. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and achieve their intended goals.

- Advertising and Marketing Optimization: Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous optimization of online advertising campaigns to improve key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform regular business reviews and generate reports to monitor sales performance and operational efficiency. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for growth and implement actionable improvements on the e-commerce platform.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with GTM, marketing, sales, and other teams at headquarters, regional, and local levels to ensure e-commerce initiatives are well-coordinated and aligned with broader company objectives.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Ecommerce, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role

- Proficiency in English, French, and Chinese (both written and spoken)

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
