Opportunity Summary: Secure and develop business leads with customers in the South of France, Monaco and wider region. Utilise negotiation and communication skills to build a strategic, robust client base for the business and maximise profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Seek out and contact new sales leads
Proactively secure sales orders
Undertake all customer onboarding and account opening procedures
Conduct product presentations and tastings to promote the brand
Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client records and sales activity reports.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers across the market
Negotiate profitable pricing with customers
Keep abreast of market trends and forecasts
Undertake regular in-depth product training
Work closely with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure seamless customer journey
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Nurture relationships between the Operations team and customers to ensure easy administration of orders
Maintain regular face to face contact with all customers
Coordinate with wider group sales teams on developing accounts to increase ‘basket’ orders
Support credit control functions where necessary
Work closely with purchasing function to develop forecast and demand planning strategies.
Proactively identify new opportunities for Azure caviar’s brand growth and coordinate their action.
Act as a brand ambassador for Azure Caviar and Reach Food Group
Attend food expos, culinary events, and industry networking functions
Requirements
Proven track record in luxury food sales, preferably in seafood, caviar, fine dining, or gourmet products.
Strong network in the South of France hospitality or gastronomy sectors is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in French and English.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Passion for premium food products and fine cuisine.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
