Attaché Commercial – Caviar


Opportunity Summary:

Secure and develop business leads with customers in the South of France, Monaco and wider region. Utilise negotiation and communication skills to build a strategic, robust client base for the business and maximise profitability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Seek out and contact new sales leads
  • Proactively secure sales orders
  • Undertake all customer onboarding and account opening procedures
  • Conduct product presentations and tastings to promote the brand
  • Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date client records and sales activity reports.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers across the market
  • Negotiate profitable pricing with customers
  • Keep abreast of market trends and forecasts
  • Undertake regular in-depth product training
  • Work closely with Operations and Accounts teams to ensure seamless customer journey
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Nurture relationships between the Operations team and customers to ensure easy administration of orders
  • Maintain regular face to face contact with all customers
  • Coordinate with wider group sales teams on developing accounts to increase ‘basket’ orders
  • Support credit control functions where necessary
  • Work closely with purchasing function to develop forecast and demand planning strategies.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities for Azure caviar’s brand growth and coordinate their action.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Azure Caviar and Reach Food Group
  • Attend food expos, culinary events, and industry networking functions


Requirements

  • Proven track record in luxury food sales, preferably in seafood, caviar, fine dining, or gourmet products.
  • Strong network in the South of France hospitality or gastronomy sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Passion for premium food products and fine cuisine.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
