Service Desk Operator


Do you enjoy resolving IT challenges in a multicultural environment?

We are looking for a Service Desk Operator who excels at user support and problem-solving to support European Institutions with IT services.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • You will be the first point of contact for users across Europe, handling calls and emails with a focus on providing friendly and efficient assistance.
  • You will manage incoming incidents, assess them, and try to resolve issues directly. When needed, you'll escalate incidents to the appropriate support teams.
  • You’ll offer specialized support to high-profile users, including Deputies, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Your input will help expand our knowledge base, supporting both your team and the broader organization in handling future challenges.


What we’re looking for:

  • Fluent in English and French. German is a plus.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role is preferred, allowing you to handle a variety of issues with confidence.
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems and ITIL processes will help you stay organized and effective.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, international setting where working together is key to success.
