International Account Manager

As part of its continued growth, our client is recruiting an International Account Manager (Investor Team), based in Paris.


Your Role

As part of the Investor Relations team, you will act as a key point of contact for institutional investors (LPs). This is a strategic, outward-facing role combining business development with high-level relationship management, and offering strong international exposure.


Key Responsibilities


Client Relations & Business Development

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors (LPs) across Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East
  • Conduct investor qualification calls to ensure strategic alignment with the platform’s content and events
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and diplomacy, both online and during international flagship events
  • Develop tailored engagement approaches based on investor types and profiles
  • Organize and execute structured outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and CRM workflows

Investor Intelligence & CRM Management

  • Research and map key players across the private capital landscape (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Private Debt...)
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data: investor profiles, mandates, interaction history
  • Monitor inbound LP leads and support conversion with personalized follow-up


Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or financial services
  • Proven ability to interact with senior-level decision-makers across diverse cultures
  • Strong client care mindset and commercial acumen
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; French is a plus
  • Keen interest in private markets (PE, VC, infrastructure, private debt)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
  • Proficient with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and digital prospecting platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
