Sr Consultant (Remote)

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and deployment of OneStream solutions , acting as a trusted advisor to clients while also contributing to internal capability building. The position requires a mix of technical acumen, functional understanding of financial processes, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Core Responsibilities: Lead or contribute significantly to full lifecycle OneStream implementations, from business requirements gathering through technical design, configuration, testing, and deployment Develop and maintain custom calculations, dashboards, workflows, and data integrations using VB.NET , SQL , and OneStream’s extensibility features Engage directly with client CFO offices, FP&A teams, and IT stakeholders to advise on best practices and design optimal EPM solutions Translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable OneStream applications, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot system issues, and continuously improve performance and usability Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure project alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards Contribute to practice development initiatives including methodology refinement, training of junior consultants, and internal knowledge sharing Stay abreast of OneStream platform developments and contribute thought leadership within the firm and broader EPM community Candidate Profile: A minimum of 4–6 years’ experience in the implementation of Enterprise Performance Management systems, with at least 2 years of direct experience with OneStream Strong hands-on skills in OneStream configuration and development, including experience with business rules, forms, workflows, and integration frameworks Technical proficiency in VB.NET , SQL , and understanding of ETL/data integration methodologies In-depth knowledge of financial processes, particularly budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial consolidation Prior experience in a consulting environment is essential, with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead project streams Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Fluency in French and English is required for both internal collaboration and client-facing responsibilities A relevant academic background in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required OneStream certification is a strong advantage or willingness to pursue certification upon joining What This Consultancy Offers: A position within the leading EPM consultancy in France , known for delivering high-impact, long-term value to its clients Exposure to enterprise-level OneStream projects and some of the most well-known brands in Europe A culture that prioritises excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development Structured internal training, access to certification programmes , and clear progression pathways Competitive remuneration, bonus schemes, and flexible hybrid work arrangements A collaborative and inclusive environment with low turnover and a strong emphasis on knowledge sharing and innovation Application Process: If you are an experienced OneStream professional seeking to further your career within a high-calibre consultancy environment, I would be pleased to have a confidential discussion with you.
