As City Manager in Paris, you’ll be leading Piney’s operations in one of Europe’s most high-potential markets from day one. Launch and scale Piney’s presence in Paris — ensuring we deliver an exceptional experience to every guest and every property manager we work with. Act as the local point of contact for clients, handling escalations and building strong relationships with property managers You have experience in operations, logistics, hospitality, or field team management — preferably in a fast-paced, service-focused environment You’re a strong people manager , capable of recruiting, training, and motivating frontline teams You’re fluent in French and English , both written and spoken You’ll join a fast-growing startup backed by top investors, with real traction and a clear path to scale You’ll work with a sharp, no-BS team that values action, autonomy, and results over fluff
