Supply Chain Excellence Lead

As Supply Chain Excellence Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our supply chain operations, driving cross-functional collaboration, and leading initiatives to optimize end-to-end performance. You’ll champion the advancement of our Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process while ensuring supply chain excellence and transformation aligned with Thai Union’s strategic goals.

This role will report to Ambient Global S&OP Lead and could be based in Paris or Utrecht.

Your Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute long-term supply chain transformation roadmaps that drive improvements in flexibility, responsiveness, resilience, and cost efficiency, aligned with Thai Union’s strategic priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across S&OP, Procurement, Finance, Commercial, and Plant Operations to embed best practices in supply chain planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance, identify efficiencies, and deliver measurable business impact.
• Develop and codify planning standards, methodologies, and tools across the S&OP process, building capability and fostering a culture of high-performance planning and operational excellence.
• Analyze internal KPIs and external market trends to proactively identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of digital planning tools and supply chain management systems to support scalable, sustainable growth.
• Support the establishment of performance metrics and targets across supply chain operations, ensuring regular performance tracking, reporting, and course-correction where needed.
• Act as a change agent for supply chain innovation, championing initiatives that support Thai Union’s SeaChange® sustainability goals and responsible sourcing commitments.

About You:

• Experienced in supply chain, operations, or finance, ideally within FMCG or food industries.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and global initiatives.
• Expertise in S&OP, supply chain planning systems, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Analytical and commercially-minded, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience in dynamic environments.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and upholding Thai Union’s values.
