WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING ?
We’re looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and optimize Timeleft’s key conversion funnels and drive improvements to our CAC and LTV.
You’ll analyze, prioritize, and run experiments across the entire user journey — from Download → First Pay, Booking → Rebooking, and Churn → Winback. Every +1% uplift can have a major impact on business outcomes.🚀
This role is perfect if you’re a data-driven PM with a hacker mindset, excited to mix low-tech, no-code experiments (e.g., onboarding reshuffles, PostHog A/B tests, Stripe pricing configs, CRM tweaks) with high-leverage product improvements.
Your responsibilities:
- Own key growth funnels end-to-end: activation, retention, reactivation
- Run experiments at high velocity (A/B tests, onboarding tweaks, email journeys)
- Define and track core growth metrics (Download to First Pay, Booking to Rebooking, Churn rate, Winback success)
- Build and maintain a Growth Experiment Backlog prioritized by ROI
- Specify lightweight product changes and follow up with Tech during sprints
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Tech, and Marketing
- Communicate experiment results and insights to leadership and the team

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in Product Management, Growth, or Data roles
- 2+ years as a PM in a B2C environment
- Proficiency with behavioral analytics tools (PostHog, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Strong experience in experimentation and funnel optimization
- Hypothesis-driven, analytical mindset
- Comfortable working autonomously and writing light specs
- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
- Bonus: Experience with mobile or web attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics
