🔥 What You’ll Do:

  • Design innovative rewards strategies – across executive pay, sales comp, and everything in between
  • Drive job architecture and grading projects using our market-leading tools
  • Shape compelling employee value propositions that boost attraction and retention
  • Partner with clients during critical transformations, working across sectors and borders
  • Deliver powerful insights, presentations, and solutions that actually move the needle

👥 You’ll lead projects, guide clients, collaborate with experts, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work.


🎯 Who You Are:

  • A seasoned C&B or Total Rewards consultant (8-12 years),
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strategic, data-driven, and people-focused
  • Experienced in performance management, reward system design, and global mobility
  • A natural communicator, analytical thinker, and team player
  • Driven, curious, and excited by the chance to make a real impact
