Your Mission

As an HR Manager Apprentice, you will support the Director of Human Resources at Redslim, and contribute to the overall success of the organization by participating in projects, managing HR administration, and assisting in recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Your Key Responsibilities

🔹 HR Projects – Contribute to key projects related to talent development, performance management, and policy creation.

🔹 Compensation & Benefits – Support salary data analysis and benefits administration to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.

🔹 HR Administration – Maintain employee records, update HR systems, organize documentation, and support payroll data validation.

🔹 Employee Engagement – Help organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives that foster a vibrant work culture.

🔹 Recruitment Support – Draft job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and participate in candidate assessment and communication.

What You Bring

✔ A strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to grow in the field

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

✔ Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality

✔ Solid organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

✔ Fluency in English is essential (additional languages are a plus)

✔ Previous HR-related experience or education (preferred, but not required)
