Context
Fairman Consulting is currently seeking experienced consultants (5 / 10 + Years of experience) having experience as PMO or as Subject Matter Expert in Insurance and Asset Management businesses. As an expert/analyst in Businesses or support functions, you will join our team to actively contribute to the development of our practices and will participate in strategic and challenging projects for our key clients - leaders of the banking and Insurance industry.
Role & Responsibilities
As a senior consultant, you will:
- Participate in large-scale integration programs for group-level entities.
- Design and implement target operating models, either as PMO or Stream Manager.
- Support key initiatives in process optimization, digital transformation, investment products management, cross-selling and regulatory compliance.
- Support our clients in value-creation initiatives (process efficiency and mutualization, lean management, AI & Digital projects, cross-selling, beyond banking, etc.) in compliance with internal ethical and regulatory standards.
- Contribute with your project, operational efficiency, change management, regulatory or risk management expertise to strengthen our working group.
- Coordinate with other major internal players (RISK, LEGAL, IT) to build and monitor projects and contribute to establishing risk-based approaches.
- Provide advice to our clients on transactional and legal aspects.
- Contribute to acculturation initiatives aimed at employees, enabling them to develop and maintain their level of awareness and expertise over the long term.
Required Skills & Expertise
We are looking for senior profiles (5 Years of experience minimum) with a solid experience in:
- Asset Management and/or Insurance industry in general
And that can prove experience or a large contribution in one or more of the below areas:
- HR Platform.
- Investment management.
- Sales or asset management products.
- Transversal project in local Countries.
- Structuring and social process coordination.
- Trading analysis.
- Contracts analysis.
- Normative gap analysis regarding policies, instructions and procedures.
- Change Management (Processes, target operating model design and implementation), including training.
With the ability to:
- Act as PMO and/or drive delivery as Project Stream Manager for above areas.
- Conduct business process reviews and risk assessments.
- Offer proactive behavior and good interpersonal skills to manage transversal issues, advise and report efficiently to management.
- Understand the Asset management products and activities, and their internal organization.
- Support committees and contribute to project governance.
- Provide awareness-raising, create and deliver training content.
Language & Location
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to work in France (Paris Location), the UK and APAC (2 positions available).
- Availability: From May 2025.
Education
- BAC +3/5 university or business/engineering schools - bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Insurance, Banking/Asset management, or Project Management.
