Consultants - Offer and Order Management (NDC, Airline Retail, OOSD)
Large greenfield digital transformation programme in Airline Retail; next generation of Offer & Order Management.
MUST have: Offer & Order Management Systems within Airline Retail (either at an Airline, Travel Tech provider or Consulting firm)
Working in close relation with the Offer-Order Business Analysts, assess the technical suitability of the OOMS solution through identification of fits in Order and Offer, identifying potential gaps, acting as a liaison between the Airline, Vendor & SI's.
Collaborate with domain SMEs to understand their impacted IT landscape, drive discussions to explain the vendor solution, and build a joint set of IT requirements and IT acceptance criteria.
Translate these IT requirements and acceptance criteria into actionable plans and
roadmaps.
Support the execution within each impacted IT domain, ensuring alignment and, effective planification and implementation. Review any specific requirements to
ensure they are included in the vendor solution; if not, manage them within the gap.
