The Role

We’re hiring a Game Success Manager to ensure our games perform at their best. Your job? Dive into performance data, play our games, talk to our developers, and help shape the future of our titles. You’ll work closely with our studios to track success, spot issues, and turn insights into action.

This is a role for someone who lives and breathes games, understands Roblox or broader game development, and is fluent in both numbers and communication.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and analyze game performance across key titles
• Identify risks, performance drops, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with dev teams: share insights, give feedback, suggest improvements
• Track community sentiment and feature impact
• Regularly report on title health and studio progress

What We’re Looking For

✅ Roblox experience (1+ year in game management, programming, producing, or QA) OR 2+ years in game development in any platform

✅ Strong data skills – Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, etc.

✅ Ability to give clear feedback based on gameplay experience

✅ Fluent English communicator who can speak with developers, marketers, and execs

✅ Independent, structured, and detail-oriented

🟢 Russian language is a strong plus – many of the studios are Russian-speaking
