Technical Director

Location: France (with national travel)

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Technical Director to lead and support the engineering and technical elements of our EA FM Operational Excellence platform. If you excel in influencing technical FM delivery and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical engineering input and advice across global sectors.
• Lead the rollout of initiatives from the Engineering & Technical Excellence global program.
• Support local talent initiatives, including apprenticeship schemes and training programs.
• Act as a technical SME, leading incident response, root cause analysis, and technical business cases.
• Conduct site technical reviews, peer reviews, due diligence, and mobilization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree qualified engineer or equivalent, preferably a Chartered Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience in Facilities Management.
• Expertise in reliability engineering, HVAC, BMS, pressure systems, confined space, and mechanical engineering.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Highly customer-focused with exceptional relationship management experience.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
