👜 Today, we are working with a prestigious luxury brand which is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their team. Our client's mission is to ensure the development of each of its Houses while respecting their identity and autonomy, by providing all the resources necessary for the creation, manufacture and distribution of products and services that always aim for excellence in quality.

Mission

Reporting to the Team Leader, in accordance with the policies of our Houses, you will be in charge of welcoming and taking care of the requests of our clients from the Fashion division.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding to our customers' requests via various contact channels (telephone, email, chat, social networks, etc.);
• Providing personalised advice by presenting the iconic models of each of our Houses;
• Assist customers in placing their orders online;
• Manage customer files in agreement with the Houses;
• Take charge of resolving complaints;
• Participate in loyalty campaigns.

Profil recherché

You have a real passion for fashion and are aware of the latest trends.

You are autonomous, dynamic and enjoy working in a team.

You are motivated by customer satisfaction and you are a source of ideas.

You have a pronounced taste for multicultural environments and you are bilingual (C1/C2) in German, French and English. 🇩🇪

You have good writing skills and are comfortable with the use of dedicated IT tools.

Conditions :

• CDI - Neuilly-sur-Seine (92);
• 2 days of remote work after the trial period;
• Shifts: earliest you can start is 9 am, latest is 7 pm. Between one to three Saturday per month (remotely);
• Salary : 29K€ base salary, 31K€ package;
• Starting date : ASAP.
