Role Responsibilities:
1. Product Innovation:
- Support the Buying and product team strategy from product development to delivery, ensuring alignment with seasonal SWOT analysis.
- Support the team in managing category plans, including options, spend, and forecasts in line with departmental targets.
2. Critical Path Management :
- Assist in managing Critical path, focusing on product launch dates, lead times, and performance.
- Support critical path management, ensuring coordination with other buyers and categories for timely delivery across the brand.
3. Team Support and Motivation:
- Provide support to direct reports to help achieve departmental KPIs and strategic goals.
- Support systems, sample management, and QA processes, while seeking opportunities to improve productivity and streamline operations.
- Collaborate with teams across PR, Creative, Brand, and Management to ensure alignment with product vision and business objectives.
- Track and monitor product development progress to ensure seamless photo shoots and timely product launches.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between French and Chinese teams.
- Support the day to day brand admin work and other tasks assigned by director of the brand.
4. Market Analysis :
- Conduct regular analysis of market reports and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and support strategic decision-making, ensuring the brand remains competitive and forward-thinking in the market.
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion and/or e-commerce industry, with a solid understanding of brand support functions.
- Proficiency in Chinese, English, and French (minimum B2–C1 level with valid certification).
- Possession of a valid French residence permit is a plus.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong team player with high self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
