Responsibilities

  1. As a core member of the pre-sales trio, collaborate closely with the group sales team and pre-sales solution team to expand clientele in the European market and achieve the company’s business objectives in the region.
  2. Oversee the successful delivery of European projects, ensuring quality, cost, and timeline adherence to meet project goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage end-to-end project processes in alignment with project schedules, including pre-shipment customer acceptance, on-site team management, and post-sales services. Maintain efficient communication with clients to address their needs.
  4. Monitor project execution, resolve exceptions, allocate resources effectively, and manage supplier/subcontractor resources to ensure orderly workflow and drive projects to successful acceptance.
  5. Implement cost control measures, develop project budgets, and ensure project profitability. Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities throughout the project life cycle.
  6. Identify risks and issues during project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams to predict and mitigate risks, and provide actionable solutions.
  7. Manage on-site construction environments, ensure safety compliance, and oversee safety protocols for all teams involved.
  8. Collaborate with domestic departments during the preparatory phase of European projects to maintain alignment on project prerequisites and early-stage requirements.


Qualifications


  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in non-standard/customized industry pre-sales solutions and project management, with proven team leadership experience.
  2. Fluent in English; proficiency in French, German, or other European languages is a strong advantage.
  3. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. Strong project management expertise and data-sensitive mindset.
  4. Ability to identify, predict, and manage project risks, with knowledge of European project delivery policies and regulations.
  5. Familiarity with European social and workplace culture; experience managing multicultural teams.
