Supply Chain Planning/Kinaxis lead

We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning / Kinaxis Lead to join the Digital Supply Chain Planning team of a leading pharma client. This role will focus on managing and deploying Kinaxis-based solutions while acting as a functional and technical expert across planning processes and system integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Kinaxis solution delivery and support across S&OP, IBP, upstream/downstream planning
• Act as a bridge between Business and Digital teams, ensuring seamless integration with ERP, TPM, and analytics tools
• Perform fit-gap analysis, lead deployment to new sites, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Support technical configuration, user training, issue resolution, and root cause analysis
• Ensure compliance with digital architecture, regulatory standards, and cybersecurity requirements

Requirements:

✔️ 4+ years of hands-on Kinaxis experience

✔️ Strong background in Supply Chain Planning within pharma or consumer goods industries

✔️ Solid understanding of IT systems and integrations
