This innovative life science company has developed a first-of-its-kind platform enabling real-time, single-molecule analysis of biomolecular interactions. This platform is a complex scientific instrument, integrating hardware, software, biology, fluidics, and data science. Beyond technical leadership, you’ll play a key strategic role—coaching and developing high-performing teams, setting manufacturing strategy, and aligning closely with commercial colleagues to deliver customer-focused innovation. Contribute as a core member of the senior leadership team, influencing both strategic direction and operational execution. Experience leading the development of integrated systems, encompassing hardware, software, biology, fluidics, and data science.
