HR Talent Development Apprentice

LVMH Beauty Talent Development teams works with all Beauty Maisons within LVMH to build synergies and facilitate internal mobilities & career development. The Apprentice will support the Talent Development team by conducting data analysis, creating presentations, managing calendars, and participating in talent management activities. Support the Talent Development team on all talent development topics, including training, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives. Data Analysis & Management: Ensure Data Accuracy for our systems and database Run data analysis on talent development topics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and dashboards to present findings to the Talent Development team and senior management. Ensure presentations are visually appealing and convey key information to engage our Maisons & influence key stakeholders. ~ Manage the Talent Management system by updating and maintaining data on career meeting information. Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the system. ~ Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
