Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in managing complex projects, with a focus on cloud-based marketing solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing strategies and data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in marketing and data cloud solutions.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud platforms.
• Excellent command of English and French.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Previous experience managing implementation projects for different Salesforce Clouds.
• Familiarity with web programming languages, technologies, and testing.
