You will be joining a close-knit and dynamic team, composed of Magali, VP of Human Resources, Delphine, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Laura, HR Business Partner Europe — all always ready to take on new challenges! As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of HR processes, ensuring their efficiency and compliance. You will play a key role in optimizing these processes and supporting strategic HR initiatives. This position is offered as a fixed-term contract (CDD) to cover a maternity leave. Payroll Management Preparation of variable payroll elements, verification, social declarations, etc. Administer employee benefits such as meal vouchers, bonuses, and others. HR Administrative Management and Monitoring Create and update individual employee records in our HRIS (Lucca). Draft employment contracts, amendments, and manage hiring and offboarding formalities. Manage social protection schemes (health insurance, life/disability coverage, etc.). Monitor occupational health check-ups. Oversee the training plan and coordinate with external partners (such as OPCOs). Participate in HR projects related to payroll/HR compliance at the international level, depending on current events and needs.
