This is the core delivery level for consultants that have developed an understanding of and experience in applying standard tools to defined problems or for more experienced colleagues. Within French or international project teams, leveraging as needed other Korn Ferry’s solutions, you will have the opportunity to assist companies of all sectors, from young start-ups to major multinationals, in transformation or at key moments of their development.
Rewards audits and strategy & programs design, for All Employees and in specific areas of Executive Pay & Governance and Sales Compensation,
Classification and job grading projects using the Hay job evaluation methodology empowered by Korn Ferry’s new digital tools.
Work on client projects in the Rewards area as consultant and work on operative as well as conceptual and questions and topics
Support senior colleagues on larger, more complex projects potentially leading some client facing aspects of the project in an area of expertise.
Relevant Higher Degree (Degree or Masters), ideally in HR, Business Admin, Business Engineering, Law, Mathematics or similar
Excellent language Skills in French, English and maybe another language
Competent use of Microsoft office programs, especially Excel and data tools
Manages Complexity: Making sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
