Supply Chain IT Consultant

Our company De Philmain is a Supply Chain consulting company. From business requirements definition to implementation, deployments and change management, we support our clients achieving their Supply Chain transformation. Our areas of expertise: APS solutions, Demand Planning & Forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory management, Supply Planning and Material Planning. Your role Work with customer business and IT teams during all phases of their supply chain planning transformation journey Participate in workshops with our customers to help them define business requirements Help customers design business processes and document them in functional specifications Configure the IT solution from technical and functional perspective to provide the expected business benefits and document solution configuration Help customers during the testing phases to validate the delivered business benefits Accompany customer teams along their learning journey through trainings and change management Participate in various project types : new implementations, international deployments, business support, etc. Your Profile Master in Supply Chain or in IT / engineering Experience in supply chain planning (demand planning or supply planning) roles and/or APS (Advanced Planning System, like JDA, Blue Yonder, Futurmaster, Kinaxis, QAD Dynasys, SAP APO, SAP IBP) implementations Location : Strasbourg, with ability to travel from time to time Languages : Fluent in French and English We value people personality, team spirit, motivation and willingness to learn What we offer Join a dynamic and growing consulting company Work with renowned international customers Use 'Best in Class' supply chain planning solutions Training and certifications in Supply Chain (Business Processes and IT solutions) Good to know : Our values : Mutuality, Ownership, Humbleness, Boldness Focus on personnal and functional development : weekly manager connect, Monthly company review, company seminars 2x/year, external trainings Remote : imperative on site (Strasbourg) 2x/week and 3 days remote Remuneration : Gross + vacation bonus + profit-sharing bonus (up to 5%) + individual bonus (up to 5%) Mobility : Occasional in Western Europe (France, England, Netherlands, Germany, Poland...)
