Customer Technology Advisor – Resiliency Services Locations: Join a global leader in designing, managing, and modernizing mission-critical technology systems that power industries worldwide. Take on a critical role as a Customer Technology Advisor – Resiliency Services , helping enterprises enhance their IT resilience against cyber incidents, system failures, and operational disruptions. Provide technical leadership in incident response planning, including crisis management strategies, forensic readiness, and disaster recovery exercises. Lead workshops, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and solution demonstrations to showcase the value of resilience and security services. Engage with technology partners to develop and integrate best-in-class disaster recovery as a service (DRaaS), cyber vaulting, and automated failover solutions. Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—able to translate technical concepts into compelling insights for both technical teams and senior stakeholders. Extensive experience in IT services, resiliency, and cyber recovery consulting. Recognized technical certifications in relevant areas such as Security & Resiliency, Cloud, Data & AI, or Enterprise Infrastructure are highly desirable. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling and implementing technical services for multi-industry clients. Whether deepening expertise in cyber recovery, expanding into hybrid cloud resilience, or leading major incident response projects, this role provides a dynamic environment for career growth.
