ABOUT THE JOB (French version down below) We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our Global Ecommerce & Client Team . This role focuses on implementing processes and managing daily back-office operations that have a direct impact on our business, including payment methods, fraud prevention, and supply chain flows. Process Implementation: Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance and own e-commerce back-office operation functions. Payment & Fraud Methods Management: Oversee and optimize various payment gateways to ensure seamless transactions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with back-office functions, IT, and customer service & client care teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Master or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Prior significant experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role. Proficiency in SAP Knowledge of Magento, or other e-commerce platforms Fluency in English Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques. Ce rôle se focalise sur la mise en œuvre de processus et la gestion des opérations quotidiennes du back-office ayant un impact direct sur notre activité, y compris les méthodes de paiement, la prévention de la fraude et les flux de la chaîne d'approvisionnement. Process Implementation : Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus opérationnels efficaces pour améliorer et gérer les fonctions d'opérations du back-office e-commerce. Payment & Fraud Methods Management : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions de back-office, l'IT, et les équipes de service client & client care pour améliorer l'expérience client globale. Master ou Bachelor en administration des affaires, gestion des opérations ou un domaine connexe. Une première expérience significative dans les opérations e-commerce ou un rôle similaire. Maîtrise de SAP. Connaissance de Magento ou d'autres plateformes e-commerce. Maîtrise de l'anglais. Connaissance de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la logistique.
