Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with the various customers to understand their needs and keep them informed of project progress.
• Manage sampling and feedback analysis. Set up partnerships to develop components and bring them to market.
• Define the designs to be implemented and the manufacturing runs to be launched, code the necessary mask sets and follow their fabrication with the cleanroom technologists.
• Define the validation tests and analyse the results in relation to the designs, suggest any necessary improvements.
• Monitor the state of the art and keep abreast of technological developments.
• Promote the results in conferences, scientific articles and patents.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree or PhD in relevant field
• 5 years experience with Optoelectronic semiconductor components.
• Project Management Skills: ability to organise and summarize, autonomy.
• Ability to communicate internally and with external customers or partners.
• Fluency in English and French
