CAMO & A/C Transition Project Manager.

Sabena technics Blagnac is a new subsidiary of Sabena technics Group located in Blagnac and has a staff of 180 experts based in France, Singapore, Dubai, and Montreal. With its Part 21 J & G, Part CAMO, and Part 145 approvals, its activities cover the entire life cycle of civil aircraft and helicopters through Aircraft transactions & CAMO, Powerplant & APU Borescope, Aircraft Modifications, Flight Ops & OCC activities.

The new Sabena technics BGC page is in line with the 25 years of experience in these activities, which include more than 75% of leasing companies and airlines.

In order to support its organic growth, Sabena Technics Blagnac (BGC) is recruiting a new CAMO & A/C Transition Project Manager.

Within the Program Division, the Project Manager will be supported by the ATS Technical Division team in order to maintain A/C airworthiness during the whole project life.

Your role / Responsibilities:

• Set up the project (Project team, planning, IT tools) in order to ensure the performance of the project in term of planning, cost and quality
• Ensure coordination between customer, internal teams and third parties (end customer, MRO, suppliers)
• Control & monitor scope of the project
• Control & monitor project planning and ensure on time delivery of project deliverables
• Control & monitor project budget, optimizing cost
• Manage issues and be solution-oriented
• Manage communication with customer and ensure customer satisfaction
• Report project progress to customer and also internally to management
• Provide all relevant information to internal support teams (controlling, quality, sales …)
• Manage the contract with customer, launch invoicing and scope change as necessary.

You profile / Requirements:

Hardskills & experience :

• Engineering or Masters degree with aeronautics speciality, supported by minimum 5 years experience in A/C airworthiness and maintenance activities (maintenance engineering, A/C transaction management, Records review, Physical Inspection, Working party follow up, CAMO support…)
• Experienced on various type of Aircraft such as Airbus, Boeing, Embraer & ATR

3 years experience minimum of project management of this type

English fluent / negotiation level (Spoken / Written)

• Ability to work in a multicural team and with international environment (customers, third parties)
• Ability to work under pressure, take decision and be autnomous
• You are rigourous and customer-oriented
