Aftersales Manager


As the Aftersales Manager in Huawei Flagship Store Paris Opéra, you should:

  • Clarify organizational objectives and be responsible for the overall operation and business performance of service stores;
  • Arrange the work of each position in the store, and develop the shift plan and performance objectives;
  • Organize regular meetings to analyze problems in stores, develop improvement solutions, and effectively implement it;
  • Communication and coordination: Be able to accurately obtain consumer requirements, have complex complaint handling skills, and be able to summarize cases and teach them to colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preside over daily operations and financial management of service centers to ensure normal operations and financial performance of the service centers;
  • Analyze consumer requirements, solve consumers' problems at a time, and ensure consumer satisfaction;
  • Preside over service center meetings and achieve operations and financial management indicators;
  • Make decisions on work disputes of employees in a timely manner;
  • Correctly use and maintain equipment and facilities in service centers;
  • Implement corporate policies and requirements, provide standard services, and maintain the brand image;
  • Provide constructive suggestions on development based on consumer requirements and actual situations;
  • Cultivate and discover talent, and recommend potential talent to Huawei;
  • Ensure the legality of financial management activities, and the safety and legal rights and interests of employees.

  • Policy publicity and interpretation capabilities;
  • Personnel coordination and on-site response capabilities;
  • Problem analysis, identification, and solving capabilities;
  • Meeting organizing capability;
  • Service handling, repair, and spare parts management capabilities;
  • Security risk identification and emergency response capabilities;
  • Business risk identification and control capabilities.

Financial management expert:

  • Financial analysis and management capabilities;
  • Sales capability;
  • Traffic attraction capability;
  • Business deployment capability.

Team Leader:

  • Personnel selection capability;
  • Capability to cultivate new employees and key talent;
  • Capability to objectively and impartially evaluate performance;
  • Capability to create an organizational climate and retain employees.

Experience:

  • Must have at least 2 years of management experience in the service sector;
  • Strong communication, coordination, problem solving and team management skills;
  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronic), Telecommunication/ Business / Management or equivalent;
  • Good service awareness, team spirit and able to work under pressure.

Language:

Fluent in Chinese, French and English, both written and spoken.
