As the Aftersales Manager in Huawei Flagship Store Paris Opéra, you should:
- Clarify organizational objectives and be responsible for the overall operation and business performance of service stores;
- Arrange the work of each position in the store, and develop the shift plan and performance objectives;
- Organize regular meetings to analyze problems in stores, develop improvement solutions, and effectively implement it;
- Communication and coordination: Be able to accurately obtain consumer requirements, have complex complaint handling skills, and be able to summarize cases and teach them to colleagues.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preside over daily operations and financial management of service centers to ensure normal operations and financial performance of the service centers;
- Analyze consumer requirements, solve consumers' problems at a time, and ensure consumer satisfaction;
- Preside over service center meetings and achieve operations and financial management indicators;
- Make decisions on work disputes of employees in a timely manner;
- Correctly use and maintain equipment and facilities in service centers;
- Implement corporate policies and requirements, provide standard services, and maintain the brand image;
- Provide constructive suggestions on development based on consumer requirements and actual situations;
- Cultivate and discover talent, and recommend potential talent to Huawei;

Experience:
- Must have at least 2 years of management experience in the service sector;

- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Electronic), Telecommunication/ Business / Management or equivalent;
- Good service awareness, team spirit and able to work under pressure.
Language:
Fluent in Chinese, French and English, both written and spoken.
