Head of Antitrust & Competition Law Paris/Brussels

KeyPartners has been instructed to source an experienced Head of Antitrust & Competition Law to be based in either Paris or Brussels. This position will carry global responsibility for antitrust and competition law matters and will report directly to the General Counsel, Europe-based in Paris.

This is a standalone role offering the opportunity to shape and lead the company’s strategy on complex competition law issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Competencies:

• European and International Antitrust Law
• Trade Compliance
• Experience with EU and Antitrust Filings in multiple jurisdictions
• Experience in antitrust litigation
• Experience in trade law is a plus.
• 10-15 years of post-qualified experience.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in another language will be considered an asset.

Education :

• Degree in Law.
• US/European/UK Bar Admission would be an asset.
